Do you have any offices or showrooms in New York City or Europe?
We do not currently have offices or showrooms in New York City or Europe.
However, we exhibit at Denim Première Vision Milan in Italy every May and November.
We also travel regularly to New York and the U.S. East Coast every January and June to meet with customers and partners.
Do you offer both sample and bulk orders?
Yes, we offer swatch, sample, and bulk orders.
What are your minimum order quantities for samples and bulk orders?
For sample orders, there is generally no minimum order quantity, provided the fabric is in stock.
For bulk orders:
Most fabrics made in Japan have no minimum order quantity requirements.
For Kaihara Japan fabrics, if stock is unavailable, the minimum order quantity is 2,000 yards.
For fabrics produced outside Japan, the standard minimum order quantity is 3,000 yards.
Depending on the fabric, orders as low as 2,000 yards may be accepted with a surcharge.
How do I place an order and make a payment?
Swatch orders can be placed directly through our website and are provided free of charge.
For sample and bulk orders, please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us page and provide the fabric style number(s) you are interested in. We will check inventory availability and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Yes. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we offer free shipping on swatches within the United States only.
When will my order be shipped?
Once payment has been confirmed and we receive your shipping instructions, we will process and ship your order as soon as possible.
Our Customer Service team will coordinate with you regarding shipping arrangements and timing.
Where will my fabric order be shipped from?
Swatches are shipped from our Los Angeles showroom.
Sample and bulk orders are shipped directly from the respective fabric mill (country of origin) to the shipping address specified by the customer.
Do you work with fabric mills outside of Japan?
We develop Japanese vintage-inspired fabrics with selected mills outside Japan to offer more competitive pricing.
These fabrics are supplied to premium denim brands and luxury fashion brands around the world.
